Make disaster risk management professional: PM's principal secretary P K Mishra

Prime Minister's principal secretary P K Mishra said on Saturday that programmes like the national platform for disaster risk reduction (NPDRR) are turning into a Jan Andolan (a people's movement), at the same time emphasising that disaster risk management needs to be professionalised at the state and district level with better work culture.
