SC finds fault with bail orders of judges, sends them to academy

They granted bail to a habitual offender couple, accused of Rs 1.9 crore fraud, who had previously reneged on promises to the Delhi High Court. The SC criticized the officers for ignoring the couple's conduct and superior court decisions.
