Common people not law enforcers, can't grill others on suspicion: Manipur CM

Manipur CM urges common people not to take on the role of law enforcers and excessively question those they find suspicious. He advises against seeing enemies everywhere and emphasizes that harassment and assault should be avoided. CM announces a scheme to provide monthly financial support to women who are 40 years old and above, have no source of income, and are not covered by another scheme. The scheme aims to empower women and benefit approximately 4 lakh women in Manipur.
