Congress MLA Kalidas Kolambkar and NCP's Shivendrasinh Bhosale, Vaibhav Pichad and Sandip Naik handed over their resignation letters separately to Speaker Haribhau Bagade at the state legislature building Vidhan Bhawan in south Mumbai.
