Driving without licence? Be ready to empty out Rs 5,000 from your pocket. On Tuesday,the Lok Sabha passed the Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Bill that contains hefty penalties for various offences like juvenile driving, driving without a licence, dangerous driving, drunken driving, over-speeding and overloading.
