Congress, RJD drive hard bargain for Lok Sabha seats in Bihar

Citing “winnability”, RJD is not ready to part with more than 10 seats for Congress, even as it wants to peg down Congress at eight seats. A tally of 12 seats is also cited as possible, given that a compromise would have to be hammered out.
