Fill vacancies or we will take over, SC warns HCs

"We are telling the high courts and states, if you can't do it, then we will take over. We want trial judges of the sanctioned strength to be in place. We are keeping you (HCs and states) in constant gaze," a bench of Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi and Justices U U Lalit and K M Joseph said.
