Can't remain oblivious to globalisation, commercial cases need speedy disposal: CJI

The judiciary cannot remain "oblivious" of economic globalisation and steps are needed to ensure speedy disposal of commercial litigations to ensure that India becomes the "desired destination" for global corporate giants, Chief Justice Dipak Misra said on Tuesday.
