Bihar shelter home scandal: Even minister's husband, if found involved, would not be spared, says CM Nitish Kumar

Admitting that the Muzaffarpur incident happened due to “flaw in the system”, CM Nitish Kumar has declared that henceforth no non-government organisation (NGO) would be allowed to run any type of shelter homes in Bihar.
