Govt strengthening laws to deal with absconding economic offenders: Prasad

The government is strengthening laws to deal with absconding economic offenders such as Nirav Modi, Mehul Choksi and Vijay Mallya and aggressively pursuing cases against them in courts abroad, law minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said on Monday.
