Four men in their early 20s have been arrested for allegedly raping a 19-year-old woman in a moving car on the night of March 25, travelling from the heart of the city to the outskirts undetected.

Safdarjung doctor held in'cash-for-treatment' scam

The CBI has busted an alleged "cash-for-treatment" racket operating at Safdarjung Hospital and arrested a senior neurosurgeon, besides a south Delhi businessman and three middlemen, for malpractices and corruption, reports Rajshekhar Jha. The accused doctor, Manish Rawat, is posted as an associate professor in the department of neurosurgery at the hospital and is a resident of Lodhi Colony.

EC cracks down on money power, 58cr seizures in past mth

Misuse of money power is one of the key challenges in Karnataka, CEC Rajiv Kumar said while announcing the poll schedule. 40% Army of f icers retire with disability pension

As many as 36%-40% of officers who retire every year get disability pension, which is much higher than the normal one, while only 15%-18% of the jawans get it.
