CBI can’t be liberated from restraint of DSPE Act: Supreme Court

“CBI would be governed by the DSPE Act and it would be subject to the same restriction as mentioned in the law. CBI cannot be liberated from that restraint,” the bench said while posting the case for further hearing to October 18.
