Winter session: In 1st week, Rajya Sabha lost over 50% of sitting time

The Rajya Sabha lost more than half of its scheduled sitting time in the first week of the winter session of Parliament owing to disruptions and forced adjournments on the back of the suspension of 12 opposition MPs on the first day.
