PM’s dig at Congress: Those falling apart can’t develop Uttarakhand

In his second visit to poll-bound Uttarakhand in the span of a month, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday inaugurated seven projects and laid foundation stones for 11 others, cumulatively worth Rs 18,000 crore, and in a not-so-veiled attack on opposition Congress, said that “those falling apart in India cannot develop Uttarakhand”.
