National Conference yet to say if it will join delimitation exercise

The National Conference (NC) is yet to announce its decision on participating in the delimitation exercise in Jammu and Kashmir. An NC leader, who did not wish to be named, said on July 3 that the party held several rounds of internal discussions over the issue.
