Covid-19: India reports 53,256 new cases, lowest in 88 days

India on Monday reported 53,256 daily new Covid cases, the lowest in 88 days, pushing the country's total tally to 29,935,221 , according to the data updated by the Union health ministry at 9am. This is the 14th day in a row when the daily new cases are below 1 lakh. Yesterday, the country reported 58,419 new cases.
