Hathrase gang-rape & murder case: Allahabad HC to monitor CBI probe, SC says

The Supreme Court on Tuesday entrusted Allahabad high court to monitor the CBI probe into the gang-rape and murder of a dalit girl in Uttar Pradesh's Hathras. On the plea of transferring of trial in the case to Delhi, the SC said since CBI is investigating the incident, there should be no apprehension about the mistrial.
