Unnao rape case: We will be failing in duty if we don't grant compensation, says CJI Ranjan Gogoi

The Supreme Court on Thursday asked that it will direct the Uttar Pradesh government to pay compensation to Unnao rape survivor and her family and observed "We will be failing in duty if we don't grant compensation."
