Bihar chief minister and JD(U) chief Nitish Kumar, who is in the national capital for the ceremony, called on BJP chief Amit Shah as the two leaders discussed the ally’s representation in the Union Cabinet. JD(U) had returned to the NDA-fold in 2017 but did not join the government.
