Goa Congress urges Rahul Gandhi not to give up president's post

The state Congress party on Wednesday unanimously urged national Congress president Rahul Gandhi to take back his resignation and to continue to restructure the party in the aftermath of the Lok Sabha elections. Congress leaders also appeared to suggest that the election results and the process had been manipulated but chose not to raise the issue of tampered EVM machines.
