SC to hear pleas seeking review of Rafale verdict in open court

Supreme Court on Dec 14 2018 had dismissed all petitions seeking court-monitored probe into the Rafale fighter jet deal with France. The bench had said that there was no need to conduct an investigation into details of Rafale pricing. On Jan 2, petitioners had moved the apex court for review of its Dec 14​ judgement and grant an oral hearing in the open court.
