Jairam Ramesh moves Delhi HC against amendments made to PMLA through Money Bills

Congress MP Jairam Ramesh on Wednesday challenged in the Delhi High Court the amendments made to the anti-money laundering law since 2015 saying that was done in violation of the Constitution as they were enacted as money bills.
