'Govt of India not involved in Norway ex-PM's reported visit to J&K'

Minister of external affairs Sushma Swaraj told Rajya Sabha that the "government of India was not involved in organising the visit and meetings" of Norwegian Prime Minister Kjell Magne. Swaraj said that he reportedly "visited Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir from November 24-27, 2018".
