Collegium system showing signs of reform: Justice Joseph

Three years after the Supreme Court retained the collegium system and struck down the National Judicial Appointments Commission (NJAC) for selection of persons for appointment as SC and HC judges, Justice Kurian Joseph on Sunday said the system had started to show signs of reforms.
