NRC: SC allows use of 5 contentious documents

NRC 1951, citizenship certificate, electoral roll (both Assam and Tripura), refugee certificate and ration card, all issued before March 24, 1971 - can now be used in applications filed for claiming inclusion in the NRC. Most rejected claims were based on forged documents belonging to these five categories, state NRC coordinator had earlier said.
