Tamil Nadu CM, Stalin extend birthday wishes to President Kovind

The Chief Minister sent a flower bouquet to Kovind, besides a message greeting the President on his 73rd birthday, wishing him good health. Kovind, who assumed office of the President of India in July 2017, was born in 1945.
