On the ninth day of his fast-unto-death, Patidar quota warrior Hardik Patel issued his will — he wants his assets to be divided between his parents, Bharat Patel and Usha Patel, and a gaushala. He is on a fast demanding quota for Patidars, loan waiver for farmers and the release of his aide.
